Events

Add an Events Module

  1. Click + MODULE
  2. Click Add Events
  3. Enter the Events List Title.
  4. Decide how you’d like the events to display on your web page.
  5. Enter a value for the number of events you’d like to display on your web page. Choose 0 to display all events.  Click the box to display events in the past. Leave the box unchecked to only display future events.
  6. Click Save Changes.
 

Add an Events Quicklist Module

If you have multiple event modules or calendars on your website, an Events Quicklist Module allows you to pull events from each different event module into one list of the most recent events. A quicklist can also be used to highlight upcoming events on a page separate from where the calendar is kept.

  1. Click + MODULE
  2. Click Add Events Quicklist
  3. Mark the boxes of the event calendars you would like to pull into the Quicklist.
  4. Choose how you would like the events to display in the quicklist.
  5. Choose how many events you would like to display in the Quicklist. If you choose 0, all of the events will be visible in the Quicklist.  Click the box to display events in the past. Leave the box unchecked to only display future events.
  6. Choose how many words you’d like your event summaries to have.
  7. Click Save Changes.
 

Add an Event to the Events Calendar

  1. On the EVENTS module bar, click Add Event
  2. Fill in the Event Title
  3. Fill in the Start Date of the event as well as the end date (even if it's the same day)
  4. Choose the Time for the event.  If it has a specific time, enter both the start and end time.  If the event does not start at a specific time, leave the box un-checked.
  5. Type in the Location of the event
  6. Fill out any details about the event under Event Description
  7. Click Save Changes
